Happy as a lark, flying above a meadow. That's how we hope you'll feel when drinking our new IPA!
Hopped, then hopped again, then dry hopped! This is a koelship-hopped beer, but we also mash hopped (for thiol action) and put plenty of hops in the boil too, for a clean and refreshing, slightly resinous hoppy bitterness. We also used a different blend of yeast strains in this beer, so it's not just a straight-up hazy IPA. You should get some fruitiness, some resinous character, and lots of dry hop character from the tip top quality, New Zealand grown Nelson Sauvin.
On our travels, we heard Meadowlarks singing their hearts out in the plains of New Mexico. Otherwise a slightly creepy place, so this was a good thing. We also made a beer called Meadowlark IPA when we were brewers in America: this beer is similar but different.
