Our Taproom is open from March until Christmas Eve each year, and is a happy, inclusive and welcoming place for all beer drinkers! Cans and bottles are available to take home. The taproom is also the place that we premier new beers, and pour some that won't make it further into the market.

HOURS: Fri and Sat 2-8PM. IMPORTANT: please check our closure list as occasionally we have to close the taproom to fulfill other commitments.

LOCATION: 90 Stevenson Road, S9 3XG. If you get lost, look on Google Maps, our brewery is marked. Or call Martha on 07365 222101. 

Dog friendly, Bar Service, Card only, Disabled/unisex loo available. Brewery tours available if prearranged (subject to staffing).

Parking is on the streets around us, which are scruffy but it's free. Buses and trams all get you close, and there's a LOVELY walk down the canal or the River Don which we highly recommend: you can see kingfishers, and a lot of industrial history, a completely new, beautiful view of Sheffield. You can even stop off at the Dorothy Pax for a sustaining beer on the way.

Seating is basic, and we have a good sized outside area. You might have to share a table. Please come with coats/rain coats if you want to sit outside, we don't have much in the way of cover so if it rains we might not be able to keep you dry. 

We are Dog Friendly (with the usual caveat that you need to look after your dog and avoid dog-related chaos). We have a tiny brewery dog called Grimbold who tends to trot about making a slight nuisance of himself but usually people seem to like this. If you don't, please tell us and we will control him. Also, if you are one of the growing number of Grimbold fans, we can't guarantee he'll be around, so apologies in advance if this ruins your night!

Food is limited to crisps and nuts etc, but feel free to bring a picnic or order food if you like.

Dann and Martha are the owners and brewers and we also work in the taproom, so you can usually just show up and meet us. (If it's important to you to meet us, send an email or text in advance.)

For non-beer drinkers, we try to maintain a good selection of cider and soft drinks. Our wine selection is, to be honest, not great. This is a brewery taproom and as such, we are very beer focussed. Apologies in advance if this is not for you.
