Grisette is a type of beer associated with northern France/southern Belgium and may or may not have been the kind of beer drunk and served by working women in the 19th century, who often wore grey skirts and were thus referred to as grisettes.

The beer is dry, pale, spicy, hoppy, with French hops.  Delicious!
